Your rate includes: your office, all utilities associated, internet, cleaning, office furniture (desks, chairs, file cabinets), printing, coffee, tea, water, snacks, 24 hour access and on site property management.

That depends on how many members you have on your team. Just let us know how many stations you’ll be needing for your team and we will set everything up for you.
How long are the service agreements?
Our typical agreement for a private office is 12 months. This guarantees the best rates for you. However, we are flexible and will work to accommodate your needs.
